Fulton
is one of only a few full-service cities in Missouri that
owns their own electric, gas, water and sewer utilities. This
allows the city to offer utility rates that are among the
lowest in the state. The city is currently adding to and upgrading
the entire water system to allow for further development.

Member-owned cooperative serving rural Callaway County and
surrounding areas
The service area is 1,025 square miles and consists of 1,957
miles of overhead lines and 181 underground.

Water is aerated and not chemically treated from a confined
aquifer.
The District has seven deep wells averaging 1,293 feet.
